About

I am a networker, a connector and LinkedIn evangelist.   I have been a teacher-coach-mentor all my life.  What gets me up in the morning and makes my day… making introductions that I anticipate will be mutually rewarding.

I have been a headhunter and entrepreneur for twenty years.  I connect people and opportunities.  I have been told that I have gift for identifying talent and traits in people quickly.  I leverage these skills in connecting people and coaching students and professionals as they laucnh and navigate careers in an ever-changing workforce.

I am the Founder of The August Group, a local community organization that helps professionals in transition find their next opportunity or path in life.  Since 2009 I have been an enthusiastic member of Toastmasters in the Rochester area.  It’s programs are incredible in developing the much needed communication and leadership skills required in today’s workforce.  As an entrepreneur I am on the planning committee of Pathways to Entrepreneurial Success as its Social Media chair.  We host an all day workshop attended by several hundred regional entrepreneurs each year.
